Sandra--Would you believe it is over 2000 square feet?! It really is a spacious home. The current owners have a large family and can entertain everyone very comfortably...plus the are located in a spot where there is additional off street parking so they everyone has a place to park without walking several blocks...Not always the case in with a townhome.
