Year End 2010 Snapshot of Hugo, MN Home Sales Statistics

In this northern Ramsey and Washington County community, just north of White Bear Lake, closed home sales were completely flat in 2010 after being up by nearly 43% in 2009. That shows some stability especially since new listings are down over 10% in the area too. Unfortunately, the average sales price did continue to decline but just a bit at over 2% which is much improved from the 17% drop in the previous year. The amount sellers are receiving on sales is down a bit compared to asking price but not dramatically. Time on the market to sell a Hugo home, did drop quite a bit in 2010 showing that this Washington County community is making good progress toward stabilization.
