Teri Being in Virginia I am not able to discuss price, but that is a lovely home. Here in Northern Virginia a 3 car garage would be unheard of in a home in this price range - that has to be a plus in MN as well

Karen--It is a big perk in Minnesota to have a 3 car garage too...in some older communities just having a garage is good but 3+ garages is definitely a good feature to a home.
