Good Morning Teri,

Congratulations on the new listing. This is a very good photo because it made feel ( at least I could visualize ) being there, actually opening that barn door. It felt comfortable and looks to be a great property. All the Best Wishes  for a fast contract.

William--I didn't use this shot in the MLS as it is more artsy than a typical real estate shot. Too many people would wonder what that screen is on the side. But I liked it and thought it would be fun as a "wordless" shot but I am never wordless. Thanks...glad you liked the photo!

Teri,

I particularly like the walk through pantry and the barn!

Teri  I respectfully disagree - that is a perfect MLS shot - everybody loves a red barn  Kraen

Mike--The pantry is a feature that almost everyone can appreciate but few homes offer.

Karen--I did put a barn photo in the MLS just not this one. I used this one instead so it shows the acreage. Everyone looking for acreage seems to like barn photos. :)6711 W Broadway Ave Columbus by Teri Eckholm Realtor

Teri, what a wonderful place!  If you could move it to Northern Virginia, I'd buy it.  The dog would love the space to run, and my sweetie would love the barn where he could build things!

Teri, that is a cool listing!  I hope that it sells quickly, I would love to have a hobby barn like that at my house.  Someday maybe! ;-)

Your picture is great of the barn and it surroundings,  I think you should have put it in the MLS. If I was looking for a home, I would want to see this one.

Pat--It is a wonderful home! And the workshop is the barn is a the dream of many...your sweetie included! :)

Tony--We have a extra large garage on our acreage but nothing compares to a well built pole barn with a loft. On acreage, you need the extra storage for all the toys. Hopefully you will get yours someday!

Diane--I debated whether to add it...I did have many great shots to choose from and only 10 are allowed on our MLS. But it is in the virtual tour/slide show as it is a keeper! :)

What a cool listing!  I hope this sells fast for you and good luck!  I so wish I had a place like this to do my paintings.

Lizette--The loft would be perfect for a studio...so much inspiration!

Re the pantry, we made sure to put one in when we built our home in 1998.  We haven't moved!

Old barns are always cool. It seems like some of the best properties have a barn rich with history.

Mike--I don't have a walkin pantry but when we redid the kitchen last year we added a cabinet style, Don't know how we did without it. A walkin would be great...less things stored in the basement!

Bill--This one isn't too old but is very cool inside with a loft and huge workshop! I do like taking photos of the old ones...There are several where the roof is swaying in our area. Anyday now, they will be just a memory!

I love red barns. At least now I do. There for awhile I hated painting scenery if I could take a pic of it.

Teri,

If it was closer, I'd take it. Very pretty and looks like it's in great shape. Good luck. :)
