Bill--Townhomes are taking a bit longer to sell but Shoreview is in high demand...so are three bedrooms so we are hopeful!
Lynda--There are LOTS of traditional sellers in MN...Buyers love not having to wait for an answer when they write up their offers...and they can set a closing date from the start too!
