Teri, I can't BELIEVE the prices of some of these homes...this is at least double the size of mine for about half the price.  I think it makes a lot of us want to move!

Teri,

You are doing 2 open houses on Sunday?  Do you find doing them for 2 hours each rather than 4-5 hours works better?  I am thinking about trying an open house caravan and doing 4-5 of them on the same day with only about 45 minutes each.
