Tom--We have some very special properties in our area...And in this market, they are all at excellent prices too!
Lindsey--There are so many of these wonderful properties throughout Anoka County, you may have been in something similar. This acreage is mostly dry...seems like all the acreage homes in this area have super garages for the "toys" doesn't it?
Karen--The garage space would be great for either vintage cars or for a contractor with additional vehicles.
Carole--The upper loft bedroom areas would be an idea office, studio or master suite. Very cool and lots of options in this home!
Terry and Bonnie--I agree. In this area with acreage, most buyers are looking for the additional garage space to keep toys like ATV's or equipment for restoring cars or for business equipment. Lots of options with the extended garage space!
