Gary--LOL! The bird condo is not listed but the wonderful home in Birch Pond is! :)
Anna--It is a pretty extravagant dwelling but I haven't seen too many feathered residents...They may prefer single family living to condo living like others in Ham Lake. :)
Terry and Bonnie--I think it might be 16 units but you are right no baths but there is a shower below...every time the landowner waters the garden. :)
William--It is the first time I had used it...Lots of options to make it your own too.
Bill--It was the first thing installed in my neighbor's new garden when they moved in...always wanted to get a shot of it as it is an impressive birdhouse!
