Karen--Actually the homeowner took the photos two years ago but he loves roses and works hard to keep them beautiful year after year so it is not false advertising...The rose garden is there and soon there will be beautiful flowers in the backyard! :)
Roses bloom year-round here in San Diego, with the best display coming in June. I have a weedy rose out front that I've been trying to get rid of because I personally don't like their thorns. Funny, since I love cactus. Go figure. This weedy rose has a yellow bud on it, so it will be blooming in a couple of days. I'll have to do a blog post on weeds.
